"After my property was damaged internally from works being carried out at upstairs property. I spoke with Tracey who booked me in for works to be assessed by David, Tracey was very lovely to speak with and her correspondence via calls and email were great, always replying to questions/queries that were asked. David from Thistle Decorators came along to assess the damage and to inform me what it would take to amend all back to standard, he was great at explaining all and put my mind at ease to say all would be put good again. Vince who carried out the works was cheerful and explained certain works along the way, helping me to understand. Works were put good by Vince who took a lot of pride in his work and protected my items as he worked, helping also to help me put my furniture back in place.
